Inspiration- Stella McCartney




 


 from Stella McCartney winter 2011 collection: the blue detailing on the bra/ undies is very eye catching, the use of block colours against the delicate lace ,again, has a certain contrasting element to it. the style of the bra elongates the body and gives the model a very triangular silhouette which is achieving the slim-line effect. a very sheer design that i like about McCartney's work.

 Stella McCartney spring/summer collection 2011: strapless bra is very cute and pretty but strong at the same time, lace is a very important element in this design. garter is an added detail that shines and really bring the piece together. corset styled top is very accentuating. colours are very feminine i like the look of a constructed bodice in light colours. detail lace part on the knickers is a light contrast to the rest of the fabric

I love the colours and sheer fabrics used on this garment

the colours are very complementary to each other and the use or elastic under wire like look is applicable. the use of chest detail is wider than usual-which i really like. a slightly longer 'boxer'short type style is a bit boyish but still fitting to the model.
